This Privacy Policy explains how Random Ventures LLC ("Wienerwork," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use wienerwork.com (the "Site"). We are based in California, USA, and serve US customers.
1.Information we collect
- Photos you upload to generate a portrait.
- Contact and order details — your email address, shipping address, and order history.
- Payment information — processed directly by our third-party payment processor; we do not store your full card number.
- Usage and device data — collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies, including for advertising measurement.
2.How we use your information
To create and deliver your portrait; to show you your free preview; to provide order updates and customer support; to send marketing emails you can opt out of at any time; to measure and improve our advertising; and to operate and secure the Site.
3.How we handle your uploaded photos
If you do not place an order, your uploaded photo is automatically deleted within 24 hours. We never use customer photos to train AI models, and we never use them for any purpose other than producing your order — except the finished artwork (not your original photo), and only if you expressly opt in at checkout, which we may display in our public gallery and marketing.
4.How we share information
We share information only with service providers who help us run the business, each acting on our behalf and only as needed: our website and database host, our payment processor, our print-and-fulfillment partners, our image-generation providers, our email provider, and our analytics and advertising providers. We do not sell your personal information.
5.Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and advertising pixels (including from third-party advertising platforms) to operate the Site and measure ad performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
6.Your California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (we do not sell your data). To exercise these rights, email support@wienerwork.com.
7.Data retention
We keep order information as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations. Un-ordered photos are deleted within 24 hours as described above.
8.Children
The Site is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

We may update this Policy; the "Last updated" date reflects the latest version.
