Return & Refund Policy.
Every Wienerwork piece is made to order — printed and finished specifically for you, from your photo. Because each item is personalized and cannot be restocked or resold, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
We're able to offer this with confidence because you approve your portrait before you pay. Nothing is printed until you've seen the preview and decided it's unmistakably your dog. Please review your preview, the spelling of any names, and your selected size carefully at checkout.
If your order arrives damaged or defective
We stand fully behind our craftsmanship. If your piece arrives damaged in transit, or with a printing or manufacturing defect, we will reprint and reship it — or issue a full refund — at no cost to you. Just email support@wienerwork.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. You won't need to ship anything back.
Wrong address or order errors
If you entered an incorrect shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. We can correct it only before the order enters production; once in production we're unable to make changes.
This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable law.
